• Please note, international delivery times will vary based on location.
• Orders are processed and shipped out within 1-3 Business days.
• FREE local pickup is available in Osceola, Iowa(choose the option at checkout.)

Returns: 

• Please contact us before attempting a return/exchange.
• Returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached are accepted within 14 days of receipt of item. 
• Returns are not possible with pre-ordered items, sale & clearance items, gift cards, or items won in a giveaway.
• Returns are eligible for store credit only.
• Sale/clearance items are NOT returnable, they are final sale. 
• Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
